Who the service is for

Guests browse published listings with no account. Signed-in customers see their cars, leases, payments, and maintenance. Company desks (fleet, units, books, team) stay on the desktop portal, not in the consumer app.

Why we process it

To run the service you asked for: listings, sign-in, enquiries, your contracts and payments, and account security. Legal bases: the contract with you, and our legitimate interest in a secure marketplace.

Third parties

If you tap Call or WhatsApp on a listing, your phone opens those apps. Hosting is on our servers. Traffic is HTTPS. We do not send your address book.

Children

The platform is a business and marketplace tool. It is not directed at children under 13.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and contract records while the account is active and as long as accounting or the law requires. Request deletion from Delete account. We aim to remove the login and personal profile within 30 days. Invoices we must keep stay in archive or anonymised form.
