Delete your account

حسابات الزبائن تنحذف بالطلب. أرسل من نفس إيميل الدخول. منهدف نكمّل خلال 30 يوماً.

Consumer accounts are deleted on request. Write from the same login email. We aim to finish within 30 days.

نراجع الطلبWe confirm نتأكد إنو الطلب من صاحب الحساب. We check that the request comes from the account owner.
الحذف خلال 30 يوماًRemoved in 30 days ينحذف الدخول والملف الشخصي. Login and personal profile are removed.
حساب الشركةStaff login يحذفه صاحب الشركة أو أدمن المنصة، مو من هالصفحة. Deleted by the company owner or platform admin, not from this page.

اكتب بالموضوع أو بالنص: «أريد حذف حسابي في كار وعقار».

منشيل الدخول والملف الشخصي خلال 30 يوماً.

شو بينحذف وشو بيبقى

بينحذف تسجيل الدخول والاسم والإيميل والهاتف المرتبطين بحساب الزبون. الفواتير والعقود اللي يفرضها القانون تبقى بشكل مؤرشف أو مجهول الهوية. تصفّح السوق كزائر يبقى متاح بدون حساب.

From the same email you sign in with, write to support@carwaqar.co.

Put “Delete my CAR W AQAR account” in the subject or body.

We remove the login and personal profile within 30 days.

What goes and what stays

We remove the login, name, email, and phone on the consumer account. Invoices and contracts the law requires stay in archive or anonymised form. Guest browsing of the marketplace stays available with no account.
